Per Bristow
Per Bristow
Los Angeles vocal coach Per Bristow's teaching methods have evolved out of several pivotal moments in his lifelong musicianship and athletic training. He began his musical career in Sweden playing the violin and was, at the age of 12, the youngest person ever invited to join the symphony orchestra. At 17, Per started a rock band. After most rehearsals he would find himself hoarse, which motivated him to learn with the same fervor as when he'd been challenged before. He sang in a myriad of constellations, such as one of the country's top youth choruses, rock band, jazz group and more. And soon, he came to be one of the top performers in Sweden.
Per sang the role of Jesus in concert versions of Jesus Christ Superstar. He was the original rock'n roll cat "Rum Tum Tugger" in Cats, a production that broke the Swedish all-time box office record and was widely recognized as one of the top Cats productions in the world. That box office record was broken by the revival of West Side Story, in which Per starred as "Riff" for close to 350 performances.
With a burning passion for coaching, Per took it upon himself to see if his kinesthetic and mental ability to learn skills fast, his knowledge of the human voice combined with his acting and performance skills, could be taught to others. Today, the unique and proven Bristow Voice Method has empowered thousands of people from over 65 nations.

Bill Bradley
Bill Bradley
One of the most inspiring versatile extreme endurance athletes in our time, 52 year old Bill Bradley undertakes the most challenging endurance sporting events in the world. Bradley craves improbable challenges set against nature's unforgiving scenarios. The average age of an extreme endurance athlete is 35 years old. Bradley, now 52, stands alone yet he continues to take on grueling events around the world and continues to amaze his fans with many completions. Bradley states, "If I can compete in the world's toughest endurance events as a 52-year-old with average talent, why can't the average person go out of his comfort zone, face his fears and go after his goals?"
For Bradley, an average event is a 100-mile foot race. To date, he has finished a Triple Ironman (composed of a 7.2-mile swim, a 336-mile bike ride and a 78.6-mile run); the Race Across America Marathon (RAAM), a 3,000-mile bike race from Oceanside, California to Annapolis, Maryland; the Furnace Creek 508, a bicycle race through Death Valley and the Susitna 100, a 100-mile run across the frozen Alaskan tundra while pulling a 40-pound sled filled with survival gear. He ran 199 miles with an added 1.2 mile swim under the Golden Gate Bridge at the 100 mile mark, swam 17 miles in the English Channel without a wetsuit and climbed 14,000 ft. up the coldest mountain in the world, Alaska's Mt. Denali. As if all of this were not enough to quench his passion to be challenged, Bill Bradley pushes onward. In 2010 he became the 24th person to run and complete the 292 mile Double Badwater Ultramarathon with a Mt. Whitney summit in record setting temperatures reaching 135 degrees, earning him the name "EPIC" Bill Bradley.
Bradley has a special kind of courage, one that faces a great deal of uncertainty. His trademark motto, "show up and suffer!" allows him to conquer fear and push to new lengths. He stretches the bounds of what one human can possibly do creating a benchmark for others to see beyond. Bradley states, "I can never think about quitting, ever."

Matt Boyd
Matt Boyd is a pitcher for the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team. He formerly played college baseball for the Oregon State University beavers, where he helped the team achieve some remarkable victories. In 101 appearances on the pitcher's mound, he had 216 strike-outs in 258 innings.
After one of his last college baseball games, in which he threw a four-hit shutout of Indiana, ESPN sports wrote: "Matt Boyd had every reason to be happy. Twenty minutes earlier, the senior had kissed his left hand and pointed it to the sky after finishing his four-hit, complete-game, 1-0 shutout that sent Oregon State on to another game with Mississippi State and Indiana barreling out of the College World Series and back to Bloomington. Boyd struck out 11 Hoosiers and frustrated at least that many more, getting inside with 89-mph fastballs and dancing breaking balls all around the zone. "Obviously, I don't have to say how well Matt pitched," Oregon State coach Pat Casey said. "It was amazing."
In this dynamic interview, you'll quickly get a sense of Matt's energy and enthusiasm, and also the central role his faith plays in his life and decisions. We'll also be getting the coach's perspective from Matt's mental training coach, Greg Warburton. Bruce H. Lipton, PhD is an internationally recognized leader in bridging science and spirit. Stem cell biologist, bestselling author of The Biology of Belief and recipient of the 2009 Goi Peace Award, he has been a guest speaker on hundreds of TV and radio shows, as well as keynote presenter for national and international conferences.
Dr. Lipton began his scientific career as a cell biologist. He received his Ph.D. Degree from the University of Virginia at Charlottesville before joining the Department of Anatomy at the University of Wisconsin's School of Medicine in 1973. Dr. Lipton's research on muscular dystrophy, studies employing cloned human stem cells, focused upon the molecular mechanisms controlling cell behavior. An experimental tissue transplantation technique developed by Dr. Lipton and colleague Dr. Ed Schultz and published in the journal Science was subsequently employed as a novel form of human genetic engineering. Two major scientific publications derived from these studies defined the molecular pathways connecting the mind and body. Many subsequent papers by other researchers have since validated his concepts and ideas.
Dr. Lipton's novel scientific approach transformed his personal life as well. His deepened understanding of cell biology highlighted the mechanisms by which the mind controls bodily functions, and implied the existence of an immortal spirit. He applied this science to his personal biology, and discovered that his physical well-being improved, and the quality and character of his daily life was greatly enhanced. He is the author of three best-selling books: The Biology of Belief, Spontaneous Evolution, and The Honeymoon Effect.
