When Does The Symposium Start?

The symposium's first day is Wednesday July 9th 2014 and will run for 10 days.

There are 3 pre-symposium interviews and if you've joined the notification list you will be notified by email with links to the interviews.

Where Can I Find A List of Speakers?

After joining the notification list you will be sent to the page that lists all 30+ incredible speakers, but a few are Jack Canfield, Margaret Lynch, John Gray, Malcolm Gladwell and many more who reveal their powerful insights on business, sales, relationships, love, and many practical how-to information that you can put into practice immediately.

What Happens After I Decide To Participate?

After a Package purchase you will receive 3 emails:

1. A payment confirmation email... you might want to print it for your records.

2. A Welcome to the Symposium email.

3. The last email contains a link to the registration page where you will create your username. You must create your username using that link or you won't be able to access the information. When you've created your username, you are logged in. Be sure to refresh your browser to make sure that you are seeing the most current information.

If you don't get the emails, please check your spam folders first, then let us know below so we can take appropriate action and get you into the site.

For those who purchased the performance package, the physical items will be shipped within 3 weeks of the closing of the symposium via USPS.

I Bought A Package But Didn't Get My Registration Link

Some email users are experiencing delays before receiving their registration link. Some email providers, like gmail can delay the delivery of commercial emails up to 3 hours. We did in-house tests and our registration links arrived in gmail about two hours after the purchase.  If you have gmail, please check your "Promotions" folder.  Make sure that you also have your gmail spam folder set to "show" so that you can see it in your left sidebar and you can click on it to see if any TPP emails have landed there.  If you're using gmail please allow 3 hours . . . we apologize for the delay but we don't have any control over email delivery times.

Multiple Registration Emails?

A small portion of users have received multiple emails. We send out a reminder email for creating your username 24 hours after a purchase so this might be what you are seeing.We also had an issue where the system sent some people multiple emails causing confusion among users Wednesday morning. We apologize for that and have rectified the problem so it won't happen again.

Looking for Your Bonus Materials?

For those of you who purchased at a level with bonus programs, please allow 3 weeks after the symposium ends on July 19th to receive them.  Emails will go out with information on tickets (or courses) after the three weeks have passed.

If you are receiving physical items, please allow 7-10 days shipping (or more if you live outside the U.S.) beyond the three-week time-frame.

Please remember that shipping time will depend on, the postal service, international transit, and holidays, we can only give estimated delivery times and we ask that you keep this in mind while waiting for your physical bonus materials.
