We all have areas of our lives that are strong, and others that are weak. Having a basket of strengths and weaknesses is simply the human condition. However, there are many ways in which you can strengthen your weak areas, so that they are no longer a drag on your whole life.
You can also become even stronger in the areas in which you’re already competent. This increases your overall life satisfaction, reminds you that you are capable of mastery, and increases your sense of personal wellbeing. This course is designed to bolster your existing strengths, as well as supporting you in changing patterns and behaviors that no longer serve you.
Over many years, we’ve performed the following strengths assessment with thousands of people. It’s an excellent barometer of your strong and weak areas. It covers the domains of Health, Work, Relationships, Money, and Spirituality. Even though it will take you just a few minutes to complete, you will find the results fascinating.
Score each item on a 0 to 10 scale. If you believe the statement with complete and utter conviction, you’re a 10. If you don’t believe it at all, you’re a 0. Be completely honest, since no-one is going to see your results except you!
Keep a record of your scores at the start of this coaching course. The chances are good that your beliefs about yourself will undergo a change for the better. You might be quite surprised when you take the same assessment at the end of the course at how far you’ve come!
